About Lee
Forty years in the trade, twenty-two of them in Brittany
Lee has been self-employed since he was 17. Eighteen years in the building industry in England, then twenty-two in the Morbihan, where a handful of loyal customers have kept him busy for years. He speaks English and French, works alone or with trusted trades, and prefers a phone call or a WhatsApp photo to a long email.

Lee brings his own machines, so a job starts when he says it will.

You buy your materials
Gravel, pipes, tank, cement: you order them in your own name, at the best price. Lee tells you exactly what to order and organises the deliveries.
Lee invoices his labour only
One clear invoice for the work. Nothing added on materials.
Other trades when needed
If a job calls for an electrician or a plumber, Lee brings in people he trusts. They invoice you directly.
Fosses septiques in your name
The installation is done in your name, with the SPANC inspection at each stage. Lee does the earthworks and the installation with you.
